1. Who can use ChatCharacter
You must be at least 18 years old, and old enough to view adult content where you live. By creating an account you confirm this. Where the law requires it, we will ask you to verify your age.
2. AI characters
Characters marked AI are fictional and generated by artificial intelligence. Conversations with them are entertainment. They are not people, and they do not give professional, medical, legal or financial advice.
3. Your content
You are responsible for what you post and send. You keep your rights to it and give us a licence to host and display it on the service. You must follow the Community Guidelines.
4. Credits
Credits are a licence to use features of the service. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Unused purchased credits may be refunded where the law requires it.
5. Availability of content
Some content is only available in some countries or after age verification. We may restrict content to comply with local law.
6. Ending your account
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the Community Guidelines.
